第二十七条 在法律、行政法规规定的国家考试中，有下列行为之一，扰乱考试秩序的，处违法所得一倍以上五倍以下罚款，没有违法所得或者违法所得不足一千元的，处一千元以上三千元以下罚款；情节较重的，处五日以上十五日以下拘留：
